Head of Business Analysis

A. Financial Analysis:

- Contributes to the Product profitability analysis aligned with the company strategy.

- Cooperates with Product Development Division to perform Dealer analysis and assessment.

- Supports Product Development Division to advise on Pricing strategy.

- Develops and instruct the business modelling for project proposal to support the capital budgeting decision.

- Develops and maintain profitability model by Branches to provide meaningful and informative analysis reports to business stakeholders by monthly.

- Perform Cost-benefit analysis and work closely with related department heads in reviewing and approving monthly and quarterly incentive schemes/ bonus.

- Play the role of business partner to support relevant stakeholders in initiatives to improve expense efficiency.

- Update management with any alarming expense KPIs and recommend remediation.

- Performing on the Budget control and expense analysis, as well as coordinating with relevant departments to understand any variances to monitor expense tracking against budget at company level and department level.

B. Reporting / Portfolio Analysis:

- Manage yearly/ quarterly / monthly managerial reports and presentations.

- Participate in setting the annual budget and business plan at company and departmental level.

C. Finance Project Management:

- Engage with relevant stakeholders in all Finance projects to agree implementation scope and deadlines.

- Ensure that the finance function is efficient with proper compliance to regulatory requirements

- Be responsible for developing and maintaining finance-related requirements documentation for business projects.

- Monitor and drive Finance projects in collaboration with relevant stakeholders to ensure progress is not behind deadlines.

- Manage project resources by tracking actual incurred effort and reviewing the workload of project team members to make necessary adjustments and elevate resource requirements as needed.

- Manage and coach Finance-related knowledges to Project team, particularly lending management system.

- Involve in resolving any system-related finance's issues to understand the business impacts and provide the solution.

- Other ad hoc project led by Business Management Division (if any)

D. Other functions:

- Perform ad-hoc studies / reports as assigned by direct line manager

- Provide financial data and recommendation for stakeholders’ decision making

- Support and cooperate in GBT in monthly, yearly reporting, auditing activities and ad hoc requests as well.

E. People management:

- Support other team members to achieve the assigned targets

- Maintain back-up resources for temporary shortage if necessary

A. Qualification:

- Bachelor or MBA degree in Financial Accounting is must.

B. Work Experience:

- More than 5 years experiences in Financial Accounting, Planning and Analysis, Business Control.

- Experience in delivering group financial/managerial reports and handling the requests from senior management.

- Practical experience in a business-driven culture and multinational corporations is an advantage

- Experience in managing/ coaching people is a plus

C. Knowledge:

- Expertise in financial analysis and developing the automation data processing systems.

- Good knowledge in IFRS and VAS as well.

- Expertise in Financial analysis skills is a plus

- Understanding of banking / consumer finance industry is an advantage

D. Skills:

- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese

- Proficiency in MS Office

- Good financial and business acumen

- Ability to work under pressure, agile to changes

- Ability to work independently as well as a team player.
