- Developing and implement in tight cooperation with product and marketing team propositions, campaigns and promotions to achieve sales targets.
- Collecting all information of competitors’ new promotions, bonus scheme of segmented dealers and make appropriate proposal to deal with timely.
- Corporate and assist Deputy Head of Sales to define best product mix, campaigns and communication activities to ensure maximum sales revenues in Sales Network and New Segment Channel with acceptable risk cost
- Proposing sales activities, changes in segmented dealers to improve performance.
- Analyzing and adapting new strategies to react to changing business trends.
- Handling the method/progress of running/launching new Business models/project come from related Business partners to ensure the quality and result.

- Experience in Consumer Finance, Electronics, Retail, Banking, etc.
- Experienced in planning, setting targets, negotiating and solving objectives
- Experienced in monitoring performances, budgeting.
- Strong leadership skills
- Willing to travel for business trips
- Proficient English capability
