a) Sales Strategy & Execution
- Regularly set and monitor targets related to sales activities, client engagement, and quality of service.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market presence in customer segments and create specific plans to focus on country key accounts and a customers.
- Coordinate national business initiatives and strategies, ensuring effective market penetration.
- Implementation of corporate and country initiatives to foster team performance in direction of overall objective.
- Adherence to process and directives and sharing feedback with relevant teams on any scope of improvement on current set up.
b) Market Analysis & Budget Management
- Monitor and benchmark Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure productivity and profitability.
- Manage and meet country sales targets and budgetary goals.
- Work with product team to create solutions which can lead to country’s local business growth.
- Maintain a controlled account receivables by ensuring that the payments are received on time.
c) Client Engagement & Promotion
- Lead market promotions and actively participate in sales to introduce the company's services.
- Foster and manage relationships with overseas team and clients.
d) Leadership responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and drive the sales team towards achieving set targets and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Recognize and nurture talent within the team, providing mentoring, training, and career development opportunities.
- Support and challenge the team, ensuring continuous improvement and a collaborative environment.
Yêu cầu công việc
Requirement
- University degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development and sales leadership
Special Knowledge:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant sales and logistics software.
- Fluent in English, with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
