Head of Business Development (Media & Entertainment Industry)

We are a leading global digital and entertainment company, seeking a Head of Business Development to drive growth by generating revenue, building strategic partnerships, expanding into new markets, and leading high-performing teams to deliver sustainable profitability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Company Overall Revenue
Strategic Leadership & Planning
• Develop and execute annual business plans and revenue strategies aligned with company goals and margin targets.
• Drive business development initiatives and identify market-specific growth drivers.
• Translate company targets into clear OKRs for the Business Develoment team.
Revenue Delivery & Client Growth
• Lead new client acquisition across brand-direct, agency, and platform channels.
• Maintain and grow strategic partnerships contributing to short- and long-term revenue.
• Oversee key deal negotiations and ensure sustainable profitability.
Performance Tracking & Insights
• Monitor performance metrics, revenue pipelines, and conversion rates.
• Present business performance reports and improvement plans to executive management.
2. New Revenue Streams and Team Capabilities
• Identify and develop new revenue streams, markets, and digital platforms.
• Initiate and lead roadshows, strategic partnerships, and market collaborations.
• Strengthen BD team expertise through training, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
• Build a culture of innovation, agility, and high performance.
3. Market Capability Growth
• Work closely with regional markets to strengthen local BD capabilities and execution excellence.
• Conduct regular strategic meetings to align growth initiatives and market insights.
• Share best practices and success models across teams to drive consistency and scalability.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Over 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships in digital, media, or influencer marketing industries.
• Proven success in leading revenue growth and building strategic client relationships.
• Strong business acumen and commercial negotiation skills.
• Leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent command of English
