Responsible for managing collection strategy and analytics to support the Collections Team Lead and Collection Head for the SVFC portfolio.
Development and enhancement of all collection strategies, analytics, and models for portfolio analytic and summary reporting.
Ensure the effectiveness of the collection of information in order to perform business analyses internally and externally.
Work with various functions to remedy data issues identified through various actions.
Perform ad-hoc and on-going analysis and tests related to collection strategies and portfolio performance.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of various levels of strategic segmentation, including credit loss, delinquency reporting, and recovery collection, as well as short- and long-term forecasting of delinquency, loss measures, and recoveries.

1. Education background: Bachelor’s Degree require
2. Minimum Experience: 3-5 years related work experience in Banking and Financial Institutions
3. Knowledge, Competencies, Skills:
- Collection background is a plus
- Knowledgeable on SAS program and Microsoft Access and Excel is a MUST.
4. Others:
- To get deep understanding and fully comply with (1) Corporate Integrity Policies (including: policies of Conflict of Interest, Anti-Fraud, Anti-Bribery & Corruption (Gift &Entertainment register), (2) Anti-Money Laundering Policy & Countering Terrorism Financing; (3) and regulation on your roles and responsibilities in operational manual.
- To be responsible for reporting suspected incidents of fraud.
