The Head of Corporate Culture is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping, driving, and sustaining the organization’s culture. This individual will work closely with executive leadership to ensure that all departments are aligned with the organization's mission, vision, and values. The role involves leading a large, diverse team and demonstrating strong leadership and strategic vision. The Head of Corporate Culture will be the custodian of the organization's ethos, fostering an environment where employees are engaged, motivated, and aligned with the company’s goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cultural Strategy Development:
o Design, implement, and refine a comprehensive corporate culture strategy that aligns with the organization's mission, vision, and values.
o Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate cultural initiatives into the overall business strategy.
• Leadership & Team Management:
o Lead and mentor a large team of culture ambassadors, HR professionals, and change agents across the organization.
o Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the team and across the organization.
• Cultural Alignment & Integration:
o Ensure that all departments and teams are aligned with the organization's cultural framework.
o Work with department heads to integrate cultural values into everyday business practices and decision-making processes.
• Employee Engagement & Experience:
o Develop and oversee programs that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
o Lead initiatives to ensure a positive and inclusive work environment where diversity is valued and employees feel connected to the company’s mission.
• Change Management:
o Act as a change leader to guide the organization through cultural transformations.
o Develop and implement change management strategies that support the adoption of desired cultural behaviors and practices.
• Communication & Advocacy:
o Serve as a key communicator and advocate for the organization’s culture, both internally and externally.
o Develop communication strategies and campaigns to promote cultural values and initiatives across the organization.
• Monitoring & Evaluation:
o Establish metrics and conduct regular assessments to measure the effectiveness of cultural initiatives.
o Report on cultural health and recommend improvements to executive leadership.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
o Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• Experience:
o Proven experience (10+ years) in corporate culture, organizational development, or a similar leadership role.
o Demonstrated success in leading large teams and driving organizational change.
• Skills & Competencies:
o Strong leadership and vision with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
o Experience with change management and organizational development.
o Deep understanding of corporate culture dynamics and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
