1. Job Purposes
- Manage all restaurant design and construction activities
- Establishing and implementing asset standards
- Manage the operation and performance of the wood factory.
2. Key tasks/ responsibilities
2.1. Manage all restaurant design and construction activities
- In charge of design for new concepts.
- Preside over the design and implementation of detailed construction drawings / In charge of design and implementation of the shop drawing.
- Control the shop drawing, construction, find out and provide solutions for problems.
- Participate in approving designs submitted by branches
- Connect and manage contractors to implement design work, control project technical records./ Connect, manage contractors to deploy design development work, control project technical documents.
- Supervising the author, participating in construction supervision, acceptance./ Author monitoring, participation in construction supervision, acceptance.
- Proposing solutions for breakthrough design solutions, optimizing and standardizing design, construction and materials standards to save investment costs, meet the business needs of restaurants and customers / Proposing solutions for groundbreaking designs, optimization and standardization of designs, constructions and materials in order to save the investment costs, meet the business demand of the restaurant and customers.
2.2. Establishing and implementing asset standards
- Set standards for all restaurant's assets and equipment.
- Research and propose the optimal solutions for the restaurant's assets and equipment.
2.3. Manage the operation and efficiency of the furniture workshop / Manage the operation and performance of the wood factory.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Have at least 10 years of experience in interior design/construction./ At least 10 years of experience in designs/interior construction.
- Have a deep knowledge and experience in restaurant interior design.
- Priority is given to candidates who already have experience in equivalent positions at F&B companies (optional)/ Similar experience in F&B companies is a plus.
- Priority is given to applicants who already have experience working abroad or foreign projects./ Experience working overseas or having joined internation.
