Head of Finance Business Partner

* JOB PURPOSE:

The Head of Finance Business Partner (FBP) at Yes4All will lead the FBP team to provide strategic financial guidance and support across the organization. This role involves partnering with key business units to drive financial performance, optimize resource allocation, and ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

* RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY

- Strategic Financial Leadership:

+ Lead the FBP team in delivering financial insights and strategic guidance to senior management and business unit leaders.

+ Drive the financial planning and analysis processes, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.

+ Collaborate with business units to develop and execute financial plans that support growth and profitability targets.

+ Business Partnering: Level 4 Act as a trusted advisor to business units, providing financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.

+ Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations teams, to ensure financial objectives are met.

+ Guide business units in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to drive efficient use of resources.

- Financial Reporting & Analysis:

+ Oversee the preparation and delivery of accurate and timely financial reports, including P&L, cash flow, and variance analysis.

+ Provide detailed financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and make recommendations for corrective actions.

+ Ensure consistency and accuracy of financial data across all business units and entities.

- Performance Management:

+ Implement and manage financial performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor business unit performance.

+ Lead the review of financial results with business unit leaders, identifying areas for improvement and driving accountability for financial outcomes.

+ Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing process enhancements within the FBP team.

- Collaboration with Finance Functions:

+ Work closely with FP&A, Treasury, Tax, and other finance functions to ensure integrated financial management across the organization.

+ Collaborate on company-wide financial initiatives, including cost optimization, risk management, and capital allocation strategies.

+ Support the preparation of financial materials for board meetings, investor presentations, and other external communications.

● Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

● Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior business partnering role.

● Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing finance teams.

● Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

● Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably within a multinational company.

● Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel, financial modeling).
