JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking for an experienced Head of Healthcare Vertical to manage the day-to-day operations & business of whole vertical. The right candidate must be ready to build something new from scratch in Healthcare with the tech-savvy model, has ability to provide inspired leadership to the team, establish a great working relationship with stakeholders, and set a course for vertical’s strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. P&L Management:
- Take responsibility for P&L management of Vertical
- Overseeing all operations and business activities to ensure we produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission
B. Strategy building & planning:
- Lead end-to-end strategies for Healthcare Vertical to accelerate business growth through resources allocation and reconciliation
- Build performance tracking system and set KPIs for all departments belongs to the Vertical
- Provide related stakeholders with strategic direction to leverage resources to go round to market, build up a B2B E-commerce distribution to connect pharmacists with Brands/ Wholesalers on Telio’s centralize platform
- Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth
C. Assortment planning:
- Develop strategy and direct Procurement team to establish strategic assortment/ catalogs and SKUs basing on business strategy, sales volume and margin; enlarged business portfolio to medicine, herbal, personal care, supplement with full-agency service providing.
- Provide related departments to set strategic price & promo
- Direct the team to build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders
D. Sales & business development:
- Take responsibility for building up salesforces and accountable for the vertical sales performance
- Accelerated revenue growth of Vertical
E. Customer management:
- Develop strategy and plan to win customers in terms of share of sales, purchasing frequency and order value
- Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty.
- Work with customers to better understand their business needs and goals.
F. People development:
- Develop capability development plan and coordinate to implement the plan
- Conduct necessary training for sales force. Provide regular coaching sessions to subordinates based on the business and individual needs

- Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision
- In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices
- Data-driven mindset, paying attention to details but being able to have an eagle view of the e-commerce distribution in Pharmaceuticals
- Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills
- MSc/MA in business administration or relevant field
