Head of Human Resources

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, L&D, performance management, employee relations, and compensation.

- Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention.

- Define the company’s HR priorities and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

- Develop employee benefits programs and ensure competitive offerings within the industry.

- Monitor and address labor relations matters, ensuring legal compliance and resolution of any disputes.

- Establish and promote Company culture through initiatives that emphasize teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Guide the leadership team in succession planning, talent development, and organizational growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

MUST HAVE:

- Bachelor's degree or higher

- 10+ years of experience in HR management, with a strong focus on life Insurance or Financial services.

- Strong knowledge of the legal framework in the insurance industry, including labor laws and compliance.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of HR professionals effectively.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Fluent in English skill.
