Head of Investor Relations

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Investor Relations Strategy & Information Management

• Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations (IR) strategy aligned with VPS’s long-term business objectives.

• Ensure full compliance with disclosure requirements set by the State Securities Commission (SSC), HOSE, and applicable international standards (e.g., IFRS, ESG frameworks where relevant).

• Oversee the consistency, accuracy, and transparency of all financial and non-financial disclosures.

2. Investor & Shareholder Engagement

• Build, maintain, and expand relationships with institutional investors, foreign funds, analysts, and major shareholders.

• Lead the planning and execution of investor conferences, roadshows, shareholder meetings, and other IR-related events.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries and engagements.

3. Communications & Market Expectation Management

• Prepare and review financial reports, investor presentations, press releases, and other IR materials.

• Manage communication risks and proactively handle media or market-related crises that could influence stock performance or corporate reputation.

• Deliver clear and consistent messaging related to corporate strategy, financial performance, and market outlook.

4. Market Analysis & Strategic Advisory

• Collect insights from the market, analyze industry trends, and monitor competitor activities.

• Provide strategic recommendations to the Executive Board regarding capital strategy, shareholder relations, and investor positioning.

• Support corporate fundraising activities and ensure effective communication throughout IPO or capital-raising processes.

1. Knowledge & Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields; MBA preferred.

• In-depth understanding of capital markets, including Vietnamese securities laws, disclosure regulations, and international standards (IFRS, ESG).

• Strong expertise in financial analysis, valuation, and strategic industry assessment.

• Solid knowledge of communication crisis management, especially situations affecting stock price movements or corporate reputation.

2. Experience

• Minimum 8 years of experience in finance, capital markets, or investor relations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

• Proven track record in IPO execution and capital-raising activities, with strong exposure to institutional and foreign investors.

• Well-established network with investment funds, financial institutions, and credit rating agencies. optimization.
