Head of Marketing & Communications (Industry Leader)

The Head of Marketing & Communication leads marketing, branding, and communication efforts to align with business objectives. This role enhances client acquisition, brand equity, and stakeholder engagement, requiring expertise in financial services and regulatory compliance. Description Marketing & Brand Management: * Develop and execute marketing and branding strategies. * Create data-driven campaigns for fund products. * Adapt messaging for different markets and investor behaviors. * Collaborate with sales and product teams on market opportunities. * Ensure brand consistency across platforms. Communication & Public Relations: * Manage internal and external communications, media relations, and crisis management. * Build relationships with financial media and key stakeholders. * Develop investor communication strategies. Digital Marketing & Customer Experience: * Oversee global digital marketing across social media, websites, and other platforms. * Lead digital transformation using AI, data analytics, and automation. * Optimize marketing strategies based on performance analysis. Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement: * Align marketing and communication strategies with business goals. * Lead, mentor, and develop marketing teams. * Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors. Compliance & Risk Management: * Oversee marketing budgets and ensure resource optimization. * Ensure compliance with financial regulations. * Monitor industry trends and manage reputation risks. Profile Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred. Experience: * 10+ years in marketing, communications, or branding, preferably in financial services. * Expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and public relations. * Strong leadership in managing teams and working with senior stakeholders. Skills: * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. * Proficiency in digital tools, CRM platforms, and data analytics. * Fluency in English; understanding of Vietnamese preferred. * Strong interpersonal skills and integrity.
