We are seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing to take charge of all marketing initiatives, including social media, communication, digital campaigns, advertising, events and creative projects.
Candidates with diverse experience marketing in high-end products, services would be preferred.
OBJECTIVES:
As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring effective research, building up, development, and implementation of communication and marketing strategies for the company’s brand and products.
- Optimizing processes and standards on branding, communications, digital marketing, event organization/display activities, design and creativity of the Company and Project brands in all segments.
- Ensuring measurement and control of brand health through effective project and company brand reputation metrics.
- Ensuring the customer experience journey at the highest level
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Complete the research objectives: identify potential markets, trends and evaluate market profitability; customer segmentation research; measure the Company's brand value and customer awareness of the brand; Check and evaluate the effectiveness of the Company's and Project's marketing activities in all segments;
2. Navigate and develop all integrated marketing and communication activities (branding, digital marketing, communications, direct marketing, event organization) for the Company and Projects in all segments to achieve the Company's goals;
3. Responsible for the Brand Health of the Company and Projects in all segments to create recognition and build brand reputation of the Company and Projects;
4. Build up and develop the customer experience journey programs to create personalized, seamless, memorable experiences at each touchpoint, boosting customer satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy
5. Develop standards for branding, communications, digital marketing, event organization/display activities, design and creativity of the Company and Projects in all segments; ensure implementation and compliance with these standards at the Company and Projects in all segments;
6. Collaborate with other departments to develop business plans for the Company and Projects to achieve targets, including but not limited to Project success and expenses management.
7. Complete financial KPIs, non-financial KPIs and assigned KPIs from time to time;
8. Perform and complete other assigned tasks;
9. Responsible for all issues that arise related to the assigned scope of work.
