• Define marketing strategies, and business development strategies to support the company’s overall strategies and objectives
• Design and implement Growth & Inbound marketing activities
• Develop and manage Brand & Communications activities (PR, community, partnership)
• Build and develop a solid network of strategic partnerships
• Develop a comprehensive overview of the user journey and identify opportunities for optimizations at each step
• Identify opportunities to maximize customer lifetime values, retention, and referrals
• Build and manage a highly efficient marketing team (operation process, winning team culture, etc.)
• Determine goals and measure KPIs for the entire marketing department.
• Coordinate with internal product teams, design, and customer success & optimize the working process to make sure that everyone’s on the same page.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Proven experience as Head of Marketing or similar roles in a SaaS company
• Have successfully led and scaled product marketing strategies at a SaaS/ technology product for global users.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and Marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, HubSpot, Hotjar, etc.
• Data-driven and results-focused. Love dealing with both quantitative and qualitative data — tracking, measuring, and evaluating outcomes of the campaigns.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• A leader with both creative and analytical capabilities
• Good leadership skills and strategic thinking
• BSc/BA in business administration, marketing, communications, or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus.
• Salary: Upto $6000 gross
