Head Of Operations

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Head of Operations to serve lead the daily non-academic functions of our school. This role is essential to ensuring the safety, efficiency, and quality of school services, including facilities, health and safety, logistics, and communication with families. The successful candidate will work closely with the expat Principal and Admissions Officer to support the school’s smooth operation and continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations & Facilities Management

+ Oversee daily operational teams: cooking staff, security, cleaners, and maintenance.

+ Ensure a clean, safe, and healthy environment for children and staff.

+ Manage purchasing and inventory of school supplies, food, and maintenance items.

+ Maintain and enforce health and safety procedures across the campus.

• Parent & Community Engagement

+ Be a visible presence during student check-in and check-out, assisting with parent communications and resolving operational concerns.

+ Support school branding and represent the school in interactions with current and prospective families.

• Admissions Support: Assist the Principal and Admissions Officer with school tours, inquiries, and onboarding new families.

• Marketing & Events

+ Help coordinate school-wide events (open houses, performances, celebrations) and support event logistics.

+ Contribute to marketing initiatives and community outreach activities.

• Compliance & Government Relations

+ Ensure compliance with Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) regulations.

+ Prepare necessary operational documentation for school licensing and inspections.

• At least 5-7 years of experience in school operations management or admissions.

• Fluent in Vietnamese and English.

• Experience working with MOET regulations and inspection is highly preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident in speaking with local and expatriate parents.

• Detail-oriented and willing to find solution for any difficult situation.

• Passion for early childhood education.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms (Facebook, Zalo, Instagram).
