Head of Other Risk Section – Risk Management Department, H.o (Trưởng Bộ Phận)

1. Planning/ budgeting
- Assist Head/ Deputy Head to establish and implement the action plan of the other risk section (including market risk and operational risk). in each period.
- Prepare/Implement and manage policy/regulation on other risk management throughout the system.
- Manage/supervise the implementation of other risk section’s action plans in each period before reporting to Head/Deputy Head
2. Management of other risks
- Coordinate with the professional department in (i) proposing and monitoring limits on market risk/ operation risk/ regulation risk; (ii) updating changes in the market and propose adjusting limits (if any)
- Directly build models, and tools for the identification, evaluation, and measuring of market risk and operational risk (Ex: VaR model for FX trading, RCSA KRI, EL …)
- Perform reports and analysis on risk status to warn of the risk of limit breach and advice/giving solutions for such risks
- Monitor market indexes in the stress test scenario
- Coordinate with the Treasury Division and relevant professional departments to calculate the required capital for operational risk in the specific and consolidated scope as required by IVB and SBV
- Review operational risks of documents, regulations, procedures and products issued by IVB
3. Employee management
- Develop and manage the productivity quota of officers/staff in the section.
- Monitor and manage employee’s workload completion against the budget/target, and periodically evaluate the performance of employees.
- Lead, assign and propose the arrangement of human resources, ensuring the suitability with the professional capacity of each employee and job requirement.
