Head of Private Segment - Ha Noi, Ho Chi Minh

1. Collaborate with other senior Private managers (i.e., Head of Invst. Advisory and Products, Sales Directors) to monitor overall business performance and develop actionable strategies & plans to:

• Achieve short-term business targets as well as longer term strategic objectives

• Deliver overall CVP of the Private business

2. Oversee business mgmt. and operations, including

• Planning, CVP development, partnership etc.

• Risk & compliance, Ops & IT, HR, Finance etc.

3. Responsible for developing Ops-service model including:

• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), SLAs, BCP etc.

• Ensure compliance with regulations and bank policies

• University degree (e.g., Business, Finance, Economics)

– MBA / CFA / CFP / others2 will be preferred

• Relevant prior experience:

– At least 10 – 12 years of management or operational experience (preferably in

banking) relating to servicing of HNW clients

• Business development and strategic mindset

– Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, develop strategic plans, and successfully execute initiatives to drive business growth in Private segment

– In-depth understanding of relevant regulations and industry practices (pertaining to compliance and risk)

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal capability

– Proficiency in English is required4
