Primary Objectives
As Head of PMO, the role leads the end-to-end governance and delivery of the entire project and product portfolio. The position ensures every initiative aligns perfectly with the Product Committee’s strategic vision, delivers exceptional business value, and meets rigorous standards for quality, timeline, and budget. The Head of PMO establishes and matures a high-performing Project Management Office, defining enterprise standards, processes, tools, and metrics. This role drives AI enablement by identifying transformative AI opportunities, embedding AI into products, and enforcing ethical governance.
Main responsibilities
1. Project Management
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Head of Operations/Project Director for seamless project execution
• Handle clerical tasks, schedule meetings, take minutes, and follow up with stakeholders
• Prepare project performance reports, weekly progress updates, and ranking reports
• Maintain accurate records of schedules, budgets, expenditures, and overall project documentation
• Collect, analyze data, and assist in setting team objectives and action plans
• Monitor project progress using IT systems and flag risks or limitations that may impede delivery
• Support documentation and communication of project goals to the team
• Deliver presentations to team members (e.g., on social media marketing tools and strategies)
• Conduct research to identify factors critical to project success
• Assist in designing quality review systems and implementing continuous improvement programs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure projects stay on time, on budget, and meet quality standards
2. Product Management
• Collaborating with prospective users and stakeholders to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements.
• Defining the vision for the team‘s product.
• Creating a product road map based on this vision.
• Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements.
• Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development.
• Developing user stories.
• Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process.
• Liasing with the product team and end-users to deliver updates.
• Participating in Scrum meetings and product sprints.
3. Enablement AI-Supported Decision Making
• Build and deliver the technical infrastructure, platforms, and self-service tools that empower business teams to make faster, evidence-based decisions using data and AI.
• Collaborate closely with IT, Data, and business leadership to uncover high-impact opportunities for automation, advanced analytics, and AI integration.
• Champion organization-wide data literacy, foster adoption of AI-augmented workflows, and cultivate a culture of experimentation and insights-driven decision making.
• Continuously monitor emerging technologies and trends, proactively recommending and piloting solutions that accelerate business outcomes and competitive advantage.
Yêu cầu công việc
1. Educational level
• Bachelor‘s degree or higher
2. Knowledge & Experiences
• An experienced Project Management should have worked for a minimum of 10 year in the role, or in a similar one, such as Project/Product Management.
• Have a good knowledge of software development and other relevant web technologies.
• Should also be familiar with agile processes. An experienced Product Owner needs to have proven hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle.
• Be able to stick to timelines and measure progress during development.
• Have strong knowledge / research and experiences of deploy AI in financial services scenarios (risk modeling, personalized recommendations, natural language processing-based customer service, predictive analytics)
• Ability to align AI capabilities with commercial goals; strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
3. Technical Skills
• In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology.
• Working knowledge of product development architecture.
• Proficiency in the use of analytics tools.
• Ability to work with large teams.
• Understanding of design quality standard.
4. Soft Skills
• Leadership and team building skills.
• Teamwork and conflict resolution skills.
• Problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Reading comprehension and communication skills in English.
• Sociable, honest, adhere to professional ethics.
