Aon Vietnam is currently recruiting Head of Risk Engineering, Commercial Risk Solutions to join our team in Ha Noi.

Responsibilities:

The primary scope of this role is to assist Country Leader - Corporate Teams, AGCN, Credit Solution, Claim Advocacy & AGRC (Aon Global Risk Consulting) to drive insurance brokerage revenue growth in all product lines; especially providing auxiliary services to current and new clients.

• Leading Risk Consulting Team in country in its overall operation, managing and executing the agreed growth plan.

• Enhance our AGRC capability and deliverable services. Develop departmental plans including business, production, operational and/or organizational priorities.

• Driving the implementation of insurance risk assessment & auxiliary consulting services to enhance sales and growth strategies, strengthen the business relationship with clients & business partners.

• Work with Country Leader - Corporate Teams, AGCN, Credit Solution, Claim Advocacy & AGRC to develop initiative plan for all clients of corporate departments in delivering risk assessments/auxiliary services and ensure the achievement of agreed plan.

• Exploring new business opportunities, manage and monitor the performance of Risk Consulting Team in country.

• Work closely with our related regional leaders; leverage the regional and global resources and enhance our local deliverable solution

• Handling other projects/ initiatives as might be assigned

Skills and experience that will lead to success.

• Education: University degree in technical fields, preferably Construction or Mechanical/Electrical

• Experience: Insurance knowledge; risk engineering; insurance loss adjusting

• Others: Good communication; negotiation & presentation skills
