1. Develop and implement strategic Sales Plan and Forecast to achieve company’s objectives for product, and customer development.
2. Develop and recommend product positioning, strategy of product, pricing, distribution and promotion to expand market share for the next 3 to 5 years.
3. Achieve satisfactory profit / loss ratio and work with Finance Manager on this objective.
4. Direct sales forecasting activities and establish performance goals based on company’s sales targets and objectives.
5. Manage and be in charge of Sales Department to achieve Sales targets as the orientation of company throughout Vietnam.
6. Work closely with the Finance Department to collect debts
7. Work with all HODs, in particular Marketing, SCD and Finance departments for preparation in advance, for all activities, budgets, and supporting materials.
1. Build and submit the seasonal sales plan, based on the fiscal year, to Top of management.
2. Deploy, implement sales activities and take a main responsibility of sales achievement. Work with regional managers based on sales plans and set clear guidelines for implementation.
3. Monitor and evaluate result of market research, adjust sales strategy to meet customer demands and competition in the market, and obtain feedback from customers closely, and recommend to Top of management for appropriate actions where needed.
4. Collect information about competitors’ product, sales and promotion activities.
5. To implement dumping management based on corporate guidelines for customers as well as regional sales task force.
6. Build direct sales channel and distribution system by expanding new market.
7. Make report monthly about sales achievement, potential of the market and make proposal of dealer system development, and report to TOM.
8. Work closely with Customer Service department for Map Club C1 and C2, as well as farmers to further enhance customer relations.
9. Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events based on corporate standards.
10. Build up and manage sales operating budget.
11. Analyze and control implementation expenses of Sales Department. Ensure budget management effectively to balance to sales achievement.
12. Definite objectives and timeline for projects.
13. Supervise strictly and lead Region Manager and Technical Sales Executive in T1, T2 and CT to achieve the best result of sales. Build and develop Sales Team in T1, T2 and CT to have a competitive capacity in the market.
14. Support The North to build Sales Policy and related tasks as request.
15. Allocate staff, carry out training courses, and evaluate performance to develop and control sales programs.
16. Do market surveys and business development, working closely with Marketing Department and support all marketing activities.
17. Receive Head of Region Weekly and monthly reports to National Sales Manager, and respond quickly to Head of Region’s suggestion to make sure all activities work smoothly.
18. Coordinate with related Departments for team work building in projects.
19. Take attention on company’s benefit and contribute to business development; discuss to relate Department to solve problem
20. Meeting with the Finance department monthly to update the debt situation and plan to solve it
21. Well understand core values and slogan of the company “Sustainable Agriculture, Going Green, and Helping the Farmers”.
22. Good knowledge on the Collective Labor Agreement, company regulations and maintain confidential on issues related to the company.
