▪ Training for Sales & Care staff about customer services & customer retention.
▪ Improve customer service at centres
▪ Monitor performance of sales by centres
▪ Propose sales actions to make sure the sales results align the plan
▪ Improve sales skill for sales individuals.
▪ Analyse and forecast the sales trend in order to have prompt actions where necessary.
▪ Analyse and give advice to control budget to achieve good performance

▪ Prefer working experience in educational organization
▪ University graduated
▪ Strong at analytical skill
▪ Logical thinking skill
▪ Good communication, leadership/ownership and persuasive skills
▪ Well-organised, problem solving & details management
▪ Experience in managing and filing documents
▪ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
▪ Fluent in both English and Vietnamese
