Head of Sales cum Office Manager

- Maintaining the Company’s Activities and managing the team to provide accurately and timely the monthly/ quarterly/ year-end and ah-hoc reports to Regional Office and Local Authorities.

- Sourcing for new contract for the company.

- Managing the Sales team in Hanoi to achieve sales target

- Monitoring internal control policies, guidelines and procedures to comply with The Company regulations.

- Liaising with Police authorities to organize the training and submit to the Authorities by the deadline and ensure compliance with local regulations on security industry.

- Managing staff within the team to ensure a smooth running in Company Finance team and Operation Department in company in an efficient way.

- Resolve customer service related issues.

- Developing the pipeline for security services and other new products from Regional Office.

- Other duties from the General Director from time to time.

- Minimum 3 years experience in the same or related position in management level.

- Experience in Building Management/Security Services is a plus.

- Good in English both verbal and writing is a must.
