1/ Business Development Manager
• Responsible for sales in assigned areas to achieve sales target for project sectors
• Capable to identify new opportunities within project sectors to increase the project pipelines
• Build and maintain good relationship with new and existing Project Developers, Design Consultants & Contractors
Requirements
• Degree in Engineering – Civil engineering or Mechanical is a MUST.
• Minimum of latest 3 years’ experience in building materials sector or within the industrial construction sector (preferable in Steel manufacturer)
• Good communication, presentation, analysis and well-organized skills
• Good English communication and work

Responsibilities
• Manage all sales target, sales strategy in setting budgets, volume and value and business plans.
• Work with marketing function and identifies potential/new business opportunities and new market segments.
• Bulid and keep good relations with all our builders, contractor, client and consulting offices
• Make policy and guidelines in handling business contacts, business promotion/clients relations.
• Prepare and submit a detailed annual business operating plan in a timely manner (including proposal for days and dates of operation).
• Prepare and submit business performance reports on a monthly basis to Executive Management, detailing revenues, profits and cash.
• Participate, as required, in planning and operational meetings within the organization.
Requirements
• Degree in Engineering – Civil engineering or Mechanical is a MUST.
• Minimum of latest 10 years’ experience in Steel manufatcurer for Construction project.
• Good leadership.
• Strong communication, presentation, analysis and well-organized skills
• Excellent English communication and work
