Main Duties and Functions
1.In conjunction with the group Regional Marketing Director and VN General Director, formulate, plan and implement the Company’s Marketing & Distribution Plan.
2.Contribute to the Company’s plans and objectives by participating in the formulation and recommendation of the distribution channels, marketing (ATL & BTL) strategies/objectives and take all measures as directed to ensure the attainment of the agreed strategies and objectives.
3.Implement the necessary guidelines to ensure that the business goals and sales target are met.
4.Ensure that the operational profitability is maintained by effectively managing A&P, overhead expenditures of sales & marketing department within budget. Measures to be taken in this respect include the recommendation of pricing and identification of potential product cost savings.
5.Evaluate and recommend timely adjustments to sales & marketing strategies to meet changing and competitive conditions.
6.Manage and guide the Sales and Marketing team
7.Identify market opportunities (including market researches) of relevant product sectors, new product development, distribution channels (recruitment of new area distributors) and recommend the exploitation of these opportunities.
8.Together with Distributors, formulate, recommend monthly trade promotions, BTL and trade marketing activities and ensure continued competitiveness of the programs.
9.Makes regular market visits and building relations with the trade.
10.Prepare monthly business report with emphasis on market information such as competitors and their activities.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Age: 35 – 45 yo
•Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent.
•At least 7 years Sales Management experiences in FMCG industry preferably in personal care or household care, with minimum 5 years in similar background in Vietnam.
•Communication in Vietnamese is a plus
•Strong sense of initiative, sales-target driven; Digital marketing knowledge (Social Media, Ecommerce,…) is a plus.
•Strong interpersonal, managerial, motivational and organizational skills.
•Ability to make regular field work (50% time) with Distributor’s sales team.
•Responsibility split: 70% on sales; 30% on marketing/brand
