Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
• Lead and deliver annual sales targets across all product categories.
• Develop and execute account strategies to expand our presence with both on-course and off-course partners.
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key accounts to drive consistent growth.
• Protect brand integrity through disciplined pricing, sell-in, and sell-through management.
Brand & Merchandising
• Oversee brand presentation and merchandising standards in all partner locations.
• Collaborate with retailers to implement premium shop layouts and impactful product displays.
• Coordinate flawless product launches and seasonal campaigns nationwide.
Fitting, Training & Events
• Work alongside the National Fitting Center and dedicated fitters to support fitting programs, activations, and educational initiatives.
• Ensure retail staff and PGA professionals are trained to fit and sell effectively.
• Support and promote key events that strengthen brand awareness and engagement.
Operations & Reporting
• Utilize CRM and internal reporting tools to track sales activity and customer engagement.
• Monitor key KPIs — sell-through, fitting conversion, visit coverage, and merchandising compliance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, marketing, and finance to ensure operational excellence.
Yêu cầu công việc
Who You Are
• 5+ years of experience in sales, brand management, or business development, within golf, sports, or premium retail.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Deep understanding of golf, product technology, and custom fitting principles.
• Confident working with CRM and structured reporting systems (training provided).
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
• Driven, organized, and aligned with our values of Performance, Integrity, and Leadership.
