Responsible for identifying and implementing partnership opportunities for IZIon24 with large and complex partnerships. The role requires an experienced sales and business development professional who can identify potential deals, develop the tactics and manage the teams needed to bring them to fruition.
• Working with external partners to develop new business opportunities in existing markets or developing new markets as well as building new distribution channels for insurance products for IZIon24
• Identifying potential partners based on business needs, goals, and current partnerships and establishing new business relationships with potential partners to create mutually beneficial arrangements
• Negotiating terms of partnership agreements to ensure that both parties are meeting their obligations and benefitting from the co-orperation
• Using data analysis and market research to identify opportunities for new partnerships
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to initiate and execute business initiatives, lead analysis and communicate final solutions for growing partner relationships
• Provide timely and accurate reporting of pipeline, strategic partnerships and management activities
• Manage, lead and coach respective team members for both personal & professional growth within the company.
• Provide related teams with valuable insights & contents to translate into competitive creative and transformative solutions.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience , in which at least 3 years in management role
Must be fluent and articulated in Vietnamese & English communications
