⦁ Bachelor`s Degree with major in pedagogics, andragogy or sociology
⦁ 3+ years of teaching experience (both primary and secondary school)
⦁ 1+ year of experience in supervising teachers at school
⦁ 1+ year of experience in customer care/admission management at school
⦁ experience in composing methodological guidelines for teaching
