Job Description

OBJECTIVES

1. Develop, Improve & Optimize ​
- Telesales processes, techniques and channels to optimize TLS performance of the business​
- Create and improve ongoing QA, monitoring, coaching & feedback and performance improvement structure to drive continuous operator performance and results​
- Implement real time, daily, weekly and monthly MIS/analytics for TLS ​

2. Control ​
- Implementation and execution of approved processes​
- Telesales plan delivery , FTE and cost control and help to solve telesales and process problems​

3. Analyze ​
- Performance and initiate improvements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead all Telesales team functions (refer Org chart)
- To ensure team operations align with company process, procedure, and policies.​
- To lead all teams efficiently (including staffing, shifts, call scripts etc.)​
- To monitor and analyze TLS performance (productivity and quality of Telesales team)​
- To be responsible for the performance of call center, MIS/Analytics and QA/Training department about SLA, quality and target.​

2. Lead and involve in improvement of Process/Procedure to optimize process and productivity of all Telesales team

3. Create and control motivation program of Telesales ​

4. Plan budget and headcount of Team and manage the budget.

5. Communicate with other departments
- Work with IT for OPS IT request and solutions​
- Work closely with Sales to improve telesales performance​
- Work closely with Product/Marketing and CRM teams in setting campaign volumes/forecasts to align with agreed sales plan​

6. Coach and support subordinate​

Job Requirements

- At least 3 years experience in the financial industry at a senior management level (Consumer finance experience preferred) or similar position (dealing with: cross sell, Telesales and/or Telemarketing, project management, …)
- Experience in problem solving and decision making
- Considerable negotiation and influencing skills​
- Proven experience in:​
+ Management of medium sized (50 to 250 pers) teams /projects​
+ Implementation of TLS programs​
+ Improvement of processes​
- Interpretation of business/data analysis​
- Quality Control​
- Good understanding of risk processes​
- Flexible in travel arrangements​
- Good command of English language ​
