Develop, implement, and guide health & safety plans, policies, and procedures in accordance with legal requirements and company standards.
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments related to both health and safety; propose and enforce preventive measures.
Deliver training and presentations on health & safety topics, including accident prevention and workplace health improvement.
Evaluate practices, equipment, and facilities to ensure compliance with HSE regulations and internal policies.
Provide support to incident prevention programs and ensure adherence to health and safety legislation.
Supervise and coordinate health or safety initiatives as assigned.
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
Experienced in HSE engineering for manufacturing/construction.
Good command of English (both written and spoken).
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
Experience with safety audits, training, and compliance monitoring.
Good communication skills; able to work with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office).
