Health & Safety Specialist (EHS Medic Analyst)

Work Location: NHON TRACH 1 - DONG NAI

Job Purpose

- Responsible for managing occupational health activities at the site, ensuring compliance with legal, ISO 45001, and company EHS requirements. Provide medical care, first aid, and preventive health programs for employees; promote workplace health and hygiene; and support emergency preparedness and occupational disease management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Occupational Health Administration (40%)

- Manage daily occupational health operations in compliance with legal and ISO 45001 requirements.

- Provide first aid treatment, basic medical care, and coordinate employee transfers to clinics/hospitals.

- Monitor medical supplies, prepare monthly requisitions, and ensure availability of first aid equipment.

- Conduct health data reporting, risk assessments, and propose improvement measures.

- Develop and update medical procedures and standards.

- Communicate monthly health and hygiene awareness topics to employees.

2. Regulatory Compliance (40%)

- Update and ensure compliance with all legal and customer occupational health requirements.

- Conduct compliance evaluations and support external/internal audits.

- Oversee annual employee physical examinations and occupational health checks.

- Manage first aid stations, conduct monthly audits, and organize first aid team training every 6 months.

- Lead emergency drills (accidents, food poisoning) and support other EHS-related drills.

- Supervise food sample storage and hygiene compliance.

3. Other Responsibilities (20%)

- Maintain and update all medical and EHS documentation per legal standards.

- Participate in internal audits, EHS campaigns, and communication initiatives.

- Support other EHS operational tasks and assignments as directed by the EHS Manager.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or related specialization.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a medical or occupational health role; experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
