Recipe management:

• Prepare recipe and submit to Technological controller for approval.

• Make sure recipes are issued to related people and shopfloor execution follows requirements.

• Adapt recipe follow material variation and production capacity.

Material management:

• Plan material (malt, rice, hop, yeast) for using to balance the stock and get homogenous quality.

• Evaluate material quality.

Quality assurance:

• Set up specifications of product, by-product in each process complied with Heineken standards.

• Validate exist conditions, create new/improved conditions to reduce the risk of defect leading to zero defect.

• Conduct QA audit monthly at Brewing to make sure all techological requirements are maintain good.

Process improvement:

• Set up trials for new materials and new parameters, follow up and evaluate the results of trials to apply for improving the beer quality and the production parameters.

• Be in charge of technological trials to improve product quality and extract loss

Problem solving support:

• Provide technological advice for Brewing

• Take lead 5whys to find out the root cause of defect

Projects:

• Involve in Brewery extension and New product development projects in terms of technological aspects.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILL

• University degree in Food Technology/Food Chemistry/Food Science/Food Engineering

• At least 1-3 years beverage technological experience and quality systems (beer industry is preferable)

• Experiences in management 1-2 job areas in controlling/managing all technological aspects of Brewing areas: Silo/Brewhouse, Cellar and Filtration; or Packaging: Canning line/ bottling line.

• ISO, HACCP, PDCA loop, TPM methodology.

• Good at spoken and written English.

• MS office, power BI, SPC.

• Teamwork and collaboration skills.

• Problem-solving skills, Time management skills, Planning skill, organize teamwork follow full loop PDCA and deligating task.
