Base: Hanoi Office
• To develop Business plan of OFF Channel (both campaigns and trade activities)
• To deliver Excellent Execution in coordination with Field Sales
• To deliver Admin task relating to Trade Marketing function, esp for OFF trade
• Develop plan and Fully Deliver Trade program/ campaign proposal, execution, evaluation.
- Understanding the objectives of company, Planning and building proposal for Channel Campaigns and Activities.
- Base on One plan & any change briefed by CMM, create and get Monthly proposal signed off, coordinate with Sales Clerk to get program registered and announce programs with needed report requirement.
- Base on Market visit and knowledge, proposing regional approach activities to match objectives when needed.
- Follow up trade program/ campaign to update the team and keep track for timely reaction.
- Go market visit to keep track execution status and feedback to make programs effective.
• POSM Management
- Work with Supplier about design, production and installation if needed.
- Order and manage POSM allocated and issued from system as per new PICOS and POSM plan.
- Manage POSM in using for the right brand at the right outlet per new PICOS.
- Order and manage POSM for Channel activation / promotion campaign.
- Report / Accrue / Control POSM budget monthly (both PICOS & Promotional budget).
• Budget Management
- Control expenses within budget in an efficient way
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• University degree. Marketing, Business Administration
• Good knowledge of trade marketing, GT&MT sales in FMCG industry
• Minimum of 2 year experience in Trade MKT / Channel MKT
• Coordinative and supportive
• Commitment and passionate for business development
• Planning skills & detail Implementation Skill
• Good skills of analysing, negotiation.
• Proactive, independent, highly committed, reasonable, goal / target / result oriented.
• Working under pressure
• Potential to develop further
• English at Intermediate level and Excellent at Microsoft Office
