[High-End Cosmetics] Store Supervisor/ Assistant Store Manager
Job description
The ideal candidate should have a passion for beauty products, excellent leadership skills, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the cosmetics and perfumes section, ensuring a seamless and delightful shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership:
• Supervise and lead a team of cosmetics and perfumes associates, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, promotions, and product knowledge.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and individual growth.
2. Customer Service:
• Ensure that all customers receive personalized assistance and expert advice in the cosmetics and perfumes section.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring a welcoming and engaging atmosphere in the store.
3. Inventory Management:
• Monitor and manage inventory levels for cosmetics and perfumes, including restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Conduct regular stock checks and coordinate with the purchasing department to optimize product availability.
4. Visual Merchandising:
• Implement and maintain visually appealing displays and layouts for cosmetics and perfumes in accordance with brand guidelines.
• Ensure that products are well-organized and presented attractively to enhance the overall shopping experience.
5. Sales Performance:
• Set and track sales targets for the cosmetics and perfumes section, implementing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for improvement.
Job requirements
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the cosmetics or perfumes retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of beauty and fragrance products, including brands, ingredients, and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve sales targets.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high visual merchandising standards.
• Proficient in inventory management and stock control.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
