[Hiring] Product Operation Officer (Chinese Communication)

- Operate the admin portal (configuration, account management, business workflow understanding)

- Provide first level support to any Incident and Service request

- Ensure the responsiveness and resolution SLA is met to minimize the business disruption

- Do UAT testing for new features and system upgrade

- Train new internal users about the system and mobile app

- Technical writing

- Other tasks assigned by the Product Manager.

- Chinese, English & Vietnamese communication.

- Bachelor degree (Information Technology major is a plus) or equivalent

- Ability to operate the systems and mobile app

- Collaborate with Product Manager, QA and developer and tracking ticker progress.

- Strong attention to details and willing to work on operation model

- Good at documentation, presentation and problem solving skills
