[Hiring] Sales Director – Bluetech Ingredients

Bluetech Ingredients is an Innovative Solution Partner providing food & healthcare ingredient solutions across Vietnam and selected SEA countries. We are looking for a Sales Director to lead our sale/ commercial team, manage P&L performance, and drive sustainable business growth through innovation and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, inspire, and develop the Sales Team to achieve sales, margin targets.
• Oversee P&L management and ensure financial performance aligns with company objectives.
• Drive business growth, customer development, and project expansion in food, beverage, and functional ingredient markets.
• Identify and nurture new business opportunities, including new customers, applications, and product lines.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, Marketing, Procurement, and global partners to launch innovative solutions and new concepts.
• Build and execute strategic business plans to deliver measurable results and sustainable success.

Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in food ingredients, flavors, functional ingredients, R&D.
• 5+ years in a senior sale or business development leadership role.
• Proven experience in team management, business strategy, and P&L responsibility.
• Strong leadership, ownership, and accountability mindset.
• Demonstrated integrity, teamwork, and win-win spirit.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
