Mô Tả Công Việc
● Responsible for building business in online financial market through gaining new partners through mostly online channels (Facebook, Linkedin, Zalo and other); offline activities (visiting events, seminars, expos and other).
● Identifying and networking with prospective clients, generating business for existing partners and achieving profitability and increased sales growth.
● Meeting partners when necessary and re-assuring them of the company product.
● Providing management with market feedback.
● Analyzing marketing trends and tracking competitors, activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning operation & marketing strategies.
● To establish and build strong relationship with partners
● To meet or exceed monthly\quarterly targets
● To assist in the organization of educational events
● To provide daily support to all of Company partners on a reactive basis including but not limited to: telephone calls, chat, emails and at educational events
● Participate in the company’s marketing activities and promotional campaigns for customer acquisition and conversion
● Location: Ho Chi Minh, Ha Noi, Da Nang, Can Tho, Da Lat, Hai Phong.

*** Qualifications, skills and experience required
● University degree in a relevant financial or commercial discipline – an advantage;
● Experience within the financial services and banking industry, a specific experience in Forex Brokerage will be considered a plus;
● Result oriented and dynamic
● Independent, self-directed and not afraid to make decisions to develop, execute and deliver on an assigned strategy
● Positive attitude, flexible nature, a person who would thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
● Ability to work flexible hours
● Excellent Communication skills verbal and written
● A strong understanding of how to work with customer;
● Strong planning, forecasting, problem-solving and analytical skills.
● Native Vietnamese speaker and Descent knowledge of English, spoken and written;
● Resident of Vietnam.
