[Ho Chi Minh] Manager, Research & Development
Job description
Job Responsibilities: • Be responsible for formulating and executing strategies to ultimately support the Company’s targets. • Collect data on consumers, competitors, and marketplace. • Consolidate information and translate actionable items, reports, and presentations. • Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover perspective customers’ preferences. • Compile and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it. • Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis. • Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations. • Involve in market research analysis, developing project’s strategy including pricing, projection, cashflow, collection, financial performance and budget planning. • Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operations. • Evaluate program methodology and key data to ensure that data on the releases are accurate and the angle of the release is correct. • Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties research, and implement best practices. • Any other tasks assigned by HOD & Management from time to time.
Job requirements
Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Management, Finance or related field. • Proven experience as a Strategic Planner or related functions in Real Estate (5 years and above). • Experienced in Real Estate and/or Research will be an advantage. • Skilled in both quantitative and qualitative research methods, including research design. • Expertise in market research and data analysis, producing reports and presentations to a high standard and having analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude, attention to details. • Highly motivated personality with willingness to contribute, learn and pursue excellence in his/her professional development. • Good at number, excellent in Microsoft, especially Excel and PowerPoint. • Good working attitude, high level of initiative and integrity. • Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese, as well as interpersonal skills. • Excellent planning, analytical, presentation and organizational skills. • Team Management Experience is a plus. • Open-minded to innovative ideas & translate into action plans. • Have an eye for new business opportunities. Working Location: Level 19, Melinh Point, 2 Ngo Duc Ke Street, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
