JOB DESCRIPTION:
● Support for hiring admin tasks: screen candidate applications, schedule and arrange interviews, manage hiring data.
● Check employee attendance, payroll calculation,
● Prepare and submit personal income tax (PIT) declarations and labor reports.
● Support for insurance paper works.
● Manage internal contracts and documents related to business partners.
● Organize and manage payment documents and invoices.
● Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the department.
● Report to HRM.
Yêu cầu công việc
● Female, at least 5 years of experience in general human resources.
● Ability to work independently and manage time/ deadline effectively.
● Highly responsible, reliable, working in detail & careful.
● Have a plan to work part time for a long time (not short time a few months).
Working Hours:
● Flexible, averaging 4 hours/day or depending on personal schedule & workload.
● Fixed days off on Saturdays and Sundays.
● Working at the company office.
