1. Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with global sales forecasts. Implement innovative sales models to drive market penetration and growth.
2. Sales Performance and Channel Development: Be accountable for sales performance and responsible for expanding sales channels in Hospital channel. Ensure consistent achievement of sales targets through effective channel management and development.
3. Order Management: Ensure meticulous order management with timely follow-up on sales orders and collections. Streamline the sales process to meet or exceed set targets, leveraging your expertise in sales execution.
4. Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market analysis, including regional trends, competitor tracking, and forecasting potential customer demand. Utilize insights to develop targeted sales strategies and anticipate market dynamics.
5. KOL’s Relationship Management: Strengthen KOL’s relationships by collaborating with the client decision-making chain to influence positive outcomes and ensure successful project closures. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
6. Customer Engagement: Regularly visit customers and maintain daily communication to stay attuned to their evolving needs. Proactively identify opportunities for growth and anticipate customer needs to drive loyalty and satisfaction.
7. Team Building and Management: Oversee the post-sales phase by building and managing a competent sales team. Ensure the team is well-trained and motivated to achieve the company’s sales objectives.
Yêu cầu công việc
Working time: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, From Monday to Saturday Morning
1. Experience: A minimum of 5 years of proven hospital sales experience, with a strong preference for experience in diabetes, especially in Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) products is plus.
2. Bachelor’s degree, priority given to major in medicine, biomedical engineering or equivalent.
3. Language Proficiency: English can be used as a working language.
4. Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are required. The ability to navigate and apply local business practices and regulatory frameworks is essential.
5. Industry Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of Vietnam healthcare landscape and its regulatory environment is a significant advantage.
6. Core Competencies:
• Strategic Thinking: possessing the ability for comprehensive market planning and execution.
• Market Promotion and Sales Capability: Ability to effectively promote the market and demonstrated personal sales skills and success.
• Channel Development: Proven experience and ability in developing channels from 0 to 10.
• Model Hospitals and KOL Development: Expertise in developing model hospitals and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Customer Relationship Management: educate customers, and maintain strong customer relationships.
