[Hot] B2B Marketing Specialist in Hanoi – Salary Up to 1,000 USD

Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative and self-motivated Marketing Specialist to join our young, dynamic team at Bconduct Vietnam’s Hanoi office. This is a full-time, in-office position. The candidate will work independently (solo) to manage digital marketing activities, produce high-quality content, and grow our presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.

This position requires proven experience in B2B marketing — not B2C — ideally with exposure to international markets such as the USA. You will also visit partner factories in Vietnam (Hanoi, Bac Ninh, Hung Yen, etc.) to create professional photos and videos for marketing purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Production (Photos & Videos)

• Visit partner factories with internal teams (approximately 1–2 times per week) to capture high-quality photos and videos.

• Produce engaging visuals for all digital platforms.

• Ensure all media meets industry and company standards.

2. Social Media Management (LinkedIn, Facebook & Instagram)

• Build, manage, and grow the company’s presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.

• Create and publish English-language content targeting the USA and other international markets.

• Develop strategies to boost engagement, followers, and traffic.

• Plan, schedule, and optimize posts for both organic and paid campaigns.

• Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies for better results.

3. YouTube Channel Development

• Manage the company’s YouTube channel from setup to publishing.

• Create videos showcasing production technologies at Vietnamese factories.

• Optimize titles, descriptions, and thumbnails for maximum reach.

4. SEO & Website Content (Secondary Priority)

• Write and publish SEO-friendly articles to improve search rankings.

• Monitor website performance and user engagement using analytics tools.

• Collaborate with the web team to improve site content and usability.

Job Requirements

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in B2B digital marketing (B2C experience will not be considered).

• Strong background in content creation and social media management for business audiences.

• Proven ability to work independently (solo).

• Skills in video editing and graphic design (Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, or similar tools).

• Expertise in LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and online community growth.

• Familiarity with SEO tools and Google Analytics (nice to have, not mandatory).

Soft Skills

• Excellent written English.

• Highly self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.

• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial B2B marketing is an advantage.

• Salary: $800–$1,000 (Gross) per month.
