Mô Tả Công Việc
Functional Responsibilities:
1. To design technical solution, review & challenge technical solutions to achieve high performance, error managed, stable and secure business applications;
2. To perform business application’s technical supports, incident analysis & troubleshooting;
3. To perform technical requirement management, application configuration management, release management, quality management and operational documentation where required;
4. Design, review test cases. Manage and/or execute testing where required.
5. Ensure the compliance to System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in projects. Actively in transforming application to cloud and implementing new way of doing things e.g Agile, DevOps.
6. Provides estimates for work efforts on new projects and for on-going forecasting;
Supervisory Responsibilities:
1. Lead a team of application developers (where required)
2. Manage vendor resources and delivery quality in projects.

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies Required:
1. 5+ continuous years of software development, software design experience;
2. Practical, hand-on development experience with Spring /SpringBoot framework; Spring Webflux /Reactivce, Spring Data/JPA, Spring Cloud technologies stacks, Hibernate… Quarkus, Vertx framework
3. Practical, hand-on development experience with HTML5, Angular, Node JS, ReactJS, VueJS, Bootstrap, Tailwind, Bulma…. Good knowledge on ECMAScript 5, 2016, 2017…
4. 2 years of experience working on famous web/reverse proxy server such as apache, nginx, … api gateway such as nginx, apisix, kong … knowledge on istio, envoy, AWS LB, Microsoft APIM is a bonus…
5. Has been working with application tracing, monitoring such as zipkin, brave, promethus, grafana…
6. Has good knowledge on web standard such as HTML5, CSS, Javascript, Web security, HTTP, web browser compatibility, responsive design, mobile web design, web privacy & security…
7. Practical, hand-on experience with quality management, source-code & release management, configuration management;
8. Good at problem solving, prioritization of incidents, and change requests;
9. Practical, hand-on experience in software project management, managing a team of software developers from distance;
10. Systematic thinking, Agile & DevOps practitioner, and a business-oriented mindset;
11. Meticulous and precise in business & technical requirement analysis, technical requirement management, technical design making sure software products will meet all business, compliance, and security requirements;
12. Good team player and co-operative;
13. Ability to communicate effectively in Vietnamese and English, both verbal and written, with different audiences.
