- Drive business and customer satisfaction through professional, reliable claims services and compliance with company policies, procedures and applicable laws, regulations.
- Ensure effective, continuous and smooth operation of claims department including Claims Approval; Claims Management; Guidelines/Policy improvement and team members’ Management from Head-office to Branches
- Other tasks assigned by competent management levels.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Insurance Qualification (ANZIFF, CII….) a plus.
- At least 10 years of working experience in relevant sector or industry.
- In-depth knowledge of non-life insurance, insurance products, claims.
- Solid understanding of customer services principles and practices; market situation.
- Advanced English, both spoken/written.
- Strong PC skills with common MS office package (email, words, excel, PowerPoint…).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and effectively at all levels.
- Able to develop/modify process, establish procedures and execute plans, through proper and accurate analytical & diagnostic process.
- Strategic thinking, analytical and problem solving mindset.
- Coaching, team management/development and change management skills.
- Team player, well organized, client focused and results oriented approach.
