- In charge of legal and regulatory issues of the company. - Control contracts, manage risks of terms in contracts, documents, and transactions. - Research laws, decrees, circulars... related to the company's field of operations. Advise the board of directors on legal matters. - Resolve or coordinate to resolve disputes, complaints, and represent legal proceedings to protect rights and legitimate interests of the Company. - Contact and transact with outside agencies to resolve work. Participate in legal proceedings accordingly. Assignment by company leaders to ensure the company's interests. - Advise the Board of Directors on planning and direction of operations of the Legal Department, Make plans for implementation and development in long-term, medium-term, and short-term periods.

- Must have Law practice certificate - At least 5 years of experience in similar positions in the field of Construction, Real Estate, Import-Export, International Trade... - Master the State's legal system: Enterprise Law, Economic Law, Investment Law, Construction Law... - Able to work independently and in teamwork - Good English skills is an advantage - High sense of responsibility
