* Manage and develop employee
- Building a competency framework and job requirements for each position in the Training Department
- Coordinating employee to implement training plan
* Operating, developing internal learning ecosystem and digitizing E-learning courses.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to build and upgrade the E-learning system.
- Creating training content on the training system including: training programs on knowledge, basic skills and developing short training content (micro learning)
- Instruct divisions deploy training on the internal learning ecosystem
- Study, propose and execute solutions to cultivate internal learning culture
* Training budget management. Evaluate and recommend external training organizations.
- Planning and proposing to get training budget assigned from BOM
- Tracking budgets and helping Head of HR Div. negotiating contracts related to learning & career development programs.
* Reporting and doing other works as requested by Head of HR Div.
- Report to Head of HR Div. on the execution status, the effectiveness and data about learning & career development.
* Build career development for employees
- Announce the promotion/demotion/ rotation policy to all employees and consider the employee's benefit policy.
- Coordinating with Head of Divisions/departments to define competency frameworks for employee to build employee policy.
* Other tasks.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Graduated from University, majoring in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or other related majors
- At least 05 year-experience as a trainer or similar role
- Familiar with MS Office, learning and assessment tools.
- Work hard, patient, painstaking and faithful.
- Team spirit.
- Take the lead a whole training process
- Excellent organizational and decision-making skills.
- Effective negotiation, influencing skills (both Vietnamese and English).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and training skills
