- Analyzing market trends, consulting products and goods.
- Continuously update information, grasp the strengths and weaknesses of competitors.
- Search and develop relationships with potential customers and partners.
- Develop new business locations.
- Make ideas, implement, organize business events as required.
2. Managing and operating Retail chain stores
- Set the daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets for the stores; comply with sales targets, deploy, and monitor the implementation of the revenue plan.
- Develop and improve regulations and processes to suit each stage of the chain's business.
- Advising the Board of Directors in strategic planning, business development policies of the chain store in each period.
- Responsible for the management of the number of goods, the brand identity of the stores.
- Develop, train and monitor customer care process before - during - after purchase. Ensure customers have the best experience when shopping at the shop.
- Ensuring and maintaining the operation of the stores in accordance with the Company's regulations.
- Participate in the selection, training, and development process of staff at the store. Ensuring stability in both quantity and quality.
3. Other jobs
- Participate in general projects of the Company when required.
- Perform the annual reports and tasks requested from the Board of Directors.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Under 35 years old
- Graduated from University or higher majoring in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration…
- Have at least 5 years working in the retail industry and 03 years of experience in the position of Head of Retail Department or Head of Sales Team.
- Experience in retail system development and sales of FMCG, foreign luxury goods, cosmetics, and high-end consumer goods. Either experience selling premium drinks or wines are an advantage.
- Have experience in organizing big/small event programs for retail.
- Know the activities of running push sale programs for the Retail channel.
- English listening comprehension, good communication.
