Job Description:
- The team of Recruitment & Engagement: 4 people
- Report to the Team Leader

- Recruitment
* To compose recruitment notices and posting on: job websites, company websites, internal, etc. after the personnel requisition of divisions/ departments is approved by the General Director.
* Working with divisions, departments are required to know the recruiting requirements for each position.
* Searching, Screening the candidate’s CV, and interviewing the suitable candidates to select the most suitable one.
* Updating the information of candidates in the data pool.
* Updating and following the employee list daily.
* Employer Branding
* Coordinate employer branding activities
* Implementation of engagement activities
* Help Company maintain quality talent by developing and enacting organization-wide retention strategies and engagement activities.
- Other tasks assigned by the direct Manager.
