Job description
- Overseeing talent acquisition and recruitment procedures.
- Conducting employee orientation and overseeing training and development efforts.
- Offering HR assistance on diverse subjects like leave policies and compensation inquiries, and resolving emerging problems.
- Championing HR initiatives to cultivate a unified work atmosphere.
- Participating in the development and implementation of HR policies.
- Managing quarterly and annual employee performance evaluations.
- Maintaining employee records in digital and hard copy formats.
- Enhancing job satisfaction by promptly addressing issues, introducing fresh perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities.
Job requirements
- Bachelor Degree with major in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics or relevant fields.
- Having at least 2 year experience in similar position
- Having working experience in MNC is preferred
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill
- Good planning and time management skill
- Sound analytical and problem solving skill
