What We Can Offer
- Stay in control of payment for admin expenses on time and accurately;
- Keep track of contract/storage in-stock/office properties;
- Co-operate with Admin/HR supervisor to organize monthly/weekly celebration (birthday; allowances);
- Human resource support tasks followed by Admin/HR supervisor’s requests;
- Other tasks assigned by Managers and General Director.
- 0-2 years of experience in similar position at FDI company;
- Basic English skills (Spoken; Written);
- Basic skills of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT), Outlook, Accounting Software;
- Be able to work independently/in group and under pressure;
- Be honest, hard working, enthusiastic and attentive;
- Priority for candidates who can start work immediately.
