• Implement HR strategies, internal policies, HR manuals, to be in line with the Company’s strategies and values.
• Monitor and manage HR & Admin team to ensure HR & Admin operations to be run smoothly
• Manage effective budget and cost control on human resources & admin expenses.
• Manage C&B work: timesheet, payroll, personal income tax, social insurance, labor contract, incentive, healthcare etc…
• Manage recruitment and selection process
• Develop and monitor HR systems, tactics, training & development, performance management as guideline
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management, deal with disciplinary and HR issues
• Develop and ensure the company’s culture & engagement activities
• To work with all Departments and business managers of the operations to support workforce planning, organization structuring and the efficient deployment of adequate people.
• Prepare related HR reports
2. Manage overall Admin, IT, Legal:
• Manage the overall admin work & process
• Verify all purchasing & car maintenance requests from functional departments to make sure cost saving & efficiency
• Manage IT team to insure the smooth operation of the system, network, and facilities
• Overall control of assets & equipments
• Together with legal Staff to review revise process/review contract to ensure the legal compliance.
3. Cordinate with functional Department Managers:
• Liaise with functional or operational managers to develop and implement organizational relations programs or activities that are appropriate for business needs and efficient manpower management
• Provide consultancy related to HR & admin processes & arising problems.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- English skill: Proficiency
- Office skill: Ms Office programs (Word, Excel) and understanding HR software is a plus
- At least 7 years practical working experiences in HR & Admin fields
- Effective communication & negotiation skills
- Proven ability to deal with employees relation issues.
- Presentation skill, reporting skill
- Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines
- Service – minded attitude
- Strong leadership skill
- Coaching & mentoring skill
