An HR/Admin cum Receptionist is responsible for daily operation of HR & Admin in HCM office.
This role will be based in Hochiminh City and report to the HR&ADM Manager.
Job responsibility:
+ Provide professional administrative support to the country office, including but not limited to the following functional areas so as to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Company.
+ Assist in human resources general activities; responsible for administering policies and procedures related to human resources and provide support to respective departments of daily human resource requirements in order to fulfill the business needs.
+ Other tasks as assigned.
50% of workload in HR job, and 50% of workload in Admin job.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- A Bachelor’s Degree.
- 02 years of experience in HR/Admin.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work under pressure, hard-working, proactive and highly responsibility.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- High degree of accuracy and attention to details
- Flexibility to perform relevant admin tasks as required by the manager
